Why we’re Sweating with Pride

In June at Unbreakable, we’re taking on Sweat with Pride to raise money for our Rainbow communities! 💦🌈

A lot of our gyms and fitness spaces are still not safe for our Rainbow communities. At Unbreakable we are doing everything we can to help change that - one of the ways if via our amazing Safe Gains community!

More than half our rainbow whānau in Aotearoa have experienced mental illness - with one in five of our rainbow rangatahi having attempted suicide. We know that movement is important to our mental health and wellbeing, and it's not right that our Rainbow communities don't have the same access to safe, supportive environments in order to be active. 

This June as a gym whānau, we’re fighting discrimination with perspiration, and have committed to exercising EVERY DAY to raise money to support Rainbow Kiwis.

This cause means a lot to us. We’d be SO GRATEFUL if you could chip in to help us reach our goal. Every dollar we raise will fund life-changing mental, physical and sexual health services for Rainbow New Zealanders.
