Kia ora koutou, Sorry for being so slack with my updates but at least I haven't been slack with my workouts. This is day 14 of the challenge so far and my 9th workout day. Today has been very busy so I thought I'd wind down with some treadmill cardio and then try out the exercise bike.
Why I’m Sweating with Pride
I'm taking on Sweat with Pride this June! 💦🌈
Right now, schools, workplaces, and even doctors’ offices aren’t safe for many in our community—and it’s putting lives at risk. LGBTQIA+ Kiwis face higher rates of mental illness, suicide, and STIs like syphilis, mpox, and HIV.
So, I'm fighting discrimination with perspiration—exercising 21 minutes every day in June to raise money for life-changing Rainbow support services.
This cause means the world to me, and I’d be SO grateful if you could chip in to help me reach my goal. Every dollar makes a difference.
Thank you so much for your support! ❤️

3 days into the Challenge and we are #krillinIt. Little shorter of a time at the gym today but I was joined by a gym buddie 😁

Wooohooo, Day number 2 done and dusted. Still just doing treadmill so far. My usual workout would be weights but I'm trying to switch it up for the charity drive. (Besides the treadmill has a built in timer so I know how long Ive been going for)

Let's get this ball rolling early. Workout 1 complete, 39 mins on the treadmill doing a incline. #onlythebeginning
With all the hate in the world right now you doing something amazing for an amazing cause. Proud of you mate!
