Hey everyone! 🌟 I've got some thrilling updates to share with you all! 🚀 I just signed up for "Sweat With Pride" and I couldn't be more pumped about it! 💪
As many of you know, June is right around the corner, and it's not just any regular month for me. Nope, it's the month where I'll be diving headfirst into some intense training, gearing up for the Hyrox competition happening in Melbourne! 🏃♂️💨 For those who aren't familiar, Hyrox is an absolute adrenaline rush of a challenge, pushing me to my limits with a series of intense workouts and obstacles! 🏋️♂️
So why "Sweat With Pride," you ask? Well, because it's not just about the physical exertion or the medals. It's about embracing the journey, pushing myself beyond my limits, and doing it all with a sense of pride in every drop of sweat shed along the way. 💦
Sweat with Pride is all about being active for at least 21 minutes every day and helping raise much need funds to support Rainbow communities.
